Thank you for shopping with I Love Prints.
As a print-on-demand store, all products are manufactured specifically after an order is placed. Therefore, our cancellation policy is designed to accommodate both customers and the production process.
Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an order within 12 hours of placing the order.
Cancellation requests received after this period may not be accepted if production has already started.
Orders Already in Production
Once an order enters the production stage, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded because the product is custom-made specifically for the customer.
Personalized or Custom Orders
Orders containing personalized information, custom text, custom designs, or special customization requests cannot be cancelled once production has started.
How to Request Cancellation
To request an order cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with:
- Order Number
- Customer Name
- Email Address used for the order

Approved Cancellations
If the cancellation request is approved before production begins, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.
Cancellation by I Love Prints
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Payment verification issues
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Operational or technical issues
In such cases, customers will receive a full refund.
