Thank you for shopping with I Love Prints.

As our products are made-to-order and print-on-demand, each item is specially produced after an order is placed. Please review our return and refund policy carefully.

All products are made-to-order specifically for each customer. Therefore, returns for buyer's remorse, size selection mistakes, or preference changes cannot be accepted.

Returns

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

  • The item received is damaged or defective.
  • The item received is incorrect.
  • The product has a printing or manufacturing defect.

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Description of the issue

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Color expectations differing slightly from screen displays
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Orders placed with incorrect information provided by the customer

Refunds

Refunds may be approved if:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • The product received differs significantly from the order placed
  • The order cannot be fulfilled

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Replacement Policy

In cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, we may offer a free replacement instead of a refund, depending on the situation.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if production has not yet started.

Once an order enters production, it cannot be cancelled because print-on-demand products are custom manufactured specifically for each order.

Shipping Issues

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
